Well I'm not a liberal, and I believe war is almost always un preventable. So what again do you think needs to be done to Merkel/Germany.

I would hunt down every German mole I could find and go public with the information.

    Lets tell the whole story.

Two security researchers have found new evidence that legitimate spyware sold by British firm Gamma International appears to be being used by some of the most repressive regimes in the world.

That's what the Obama administration claims the CIA to have been doing when they were caught.

Fair point - but as above, I was extending it to encompass more than Americans.

Of course, and as I have indicated elsewhere, I consider her right wing extremism to be a reaction to the extreme socialist environment of the then Soviet Union. I was in no way suggesting that her views were typically American, but they are embraced today by more Americans than Europeans, which is why I made mention of Atlas Shrugged.
    Good points, thanks

I asked you if you felt Europe was superior to the US. You wrote three paragraphs that didn't answer the question, aside from flirting with saying that in your subjective opinion it was. But that was only implied, not said. Hence I asked if that was a yes.

Now apparently you understand that it was rather rude to ask if multi-syllabic confused me? Or you just enjoyed saying it without foundation, but didn't enjoy it being thrown back at you, equally unfounded? Either way, Leo, the lesson here for you is if you can't answer the question, don't ****ing try.
Well, I attempted to answer the question objectively and in some detail, but Montecresto did so better, and more succinctly, when he wrote that Europe does some things better than the USA, and vice versa. That was exactly what I was trying to say.

I admit that my gibe about multi-syllabic words was impolite, and I apologise, but you seemed to be deliberately ignoring and misinterpreting everything I wrote. I see no point in continuing a discussion of that nature - hence my unqualified surrender. The lessons I learnt from our exchange were entirely different from that which you suppose.

Thanks for the link. I am not sure, what you want to point out, though. Other countries than the US spy pretty well too?

First, it would be necessary to determine the nature of the problem in Germany. When that is well understood, it may be possible to find a beneficial way though.
