Maybe you need to recheck your own 'civics' course instruction...Having done so you would know that Congress is responsible for oversight of the IRS. That is the very thing this criminal is worried about in this e-mail.

I don't understand really. The IRS should be owned and run by Congress, it really is not meant to be a political institution; just the tool Congress uses to collect taxes as Congress has power of purse.

Because there is Congressional oversight into their admitted targeting of Conservative groups, they now need to be cautious about what they say in Emails.

I realize your loyalty to a corrupted ideology may force you to be a bit dishonest and subjective, but I'm not limited to discussing or understanding this issue in such a general manner.

Why was her demand for such " prudence" relevant to her admitted targeting of Conservative groups ?
