The point is, he had every reason to believe IBM was the problem. There was no REASON to suspect or blame Bush. Bush never said there was no problem or that there was no evidence of wrong doing or that the issue was a politically motivated phony scandal. Nor did he suggest that it wasn't his problem but somebody else's doing. When there were problems like that in his administration, his attorney general appointed special prosecutors to get to the bottom of it and they did.

I would have great respect for Obama had he said that he had been told that there was a major computer problem but that there should be proper backups, hard copies, etc. for all the lost e-mails and these would be produced within a very short time. He didn't do that did he? No indication the Justice Department is vigorously investigating. No special prosecutors. Obama declares himself pure as the driven snow and, apparently in his mind, that should be the end of it.

Now that you've been educated on the topic and your dishonest use of the Bush email issue to create a phony equivalence argument has be exposed for the fraud it is, are you now going to directly address the topic, or are you planning to continue carrying Obama's water by engaging in another phony distraction?

There is no hypocrisy because the issues are not the same.

It hasn't been exposed as a fraud, and I've repeated enough that I support prosecution of any wrong doing in the Obama administration. Now disagree with that!

Of course it has... You made a false comparisan in order to steer the topic of conversation to the Bush Administration and accuse those on the right of hypocrisy, when no such hypocricy exists.

During a House Oversight Committee hearing last month on the preservation of White House records, an indignant Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), a frequent critic of Chairman Henry Waxman's investigations, did his best to play down the extent of the Bush administration's now well-documented email archiving problems. Defending the White House's decision to switch from the Lotus Notes-based archiving system used by the Clinton administration, Issa compared the software to "using wooden wagon wheels" and Sony Betamax tapes. To observers of the missing emails controversy, Issa's comments seemed little more than an attempt to deflect blame from the White House for replacing a working system for archiving presidential records with an ad hoc substitute. But to IT professionals who use Lotus at their companies, Issa's remarks seemed controversial, if not downright slanderous. Now, according to an executive at IBM, the software's manufacturer, the California congressman has apologized for his characterization of Lotus and offered to correct the congressional record.

Are you kidding. Both the left and right are hypocritical. That's the problem with partisan politics. And as a partisan, you're myopic to it!!

Which has nothing to do with the topic, which is Lois Lerner being prematurely premature in her eagerness to nail Grassley, who had criticized the IRS.

    But, but, Bush.

But I don't disagree with that. And as stated before, I hope justice is served and wrong doing is punished before this is over.
