Gay marriage wins in Indiana and Utah

Disney is a private company and can do what they want. Why do you hate their freedom?
You aren't being forced to marry a man.
You aren't being forced to adopt, or not adopt, anyone.
Why don't you think a gay person is good enough to fight and die for the country and freedom they love

Absolutely nothing is being forced upon you. Two men are getting married. You aren't involved.

There is nothing new about the issue. Gays want to get married and are using the courts to get their way. And be damned if you object.

That's right because you have no right to prevent them from entering into a legal arrangement, legal kinship agreement than in no way harms you or affects your marriage unless you willing allow it to. There is no legitimate state interest furthered by not allowing same sex couples to get married.

You have yet to demonstrate any way anyone is 'damned' or harmed at all.

Blacks and women used the courts to 'get their way too.' It's called equality under the law, civil rights.

What issue should it stand on then? It is a civil rights issue....what else should the courts base it on? Your religious beliefs? Your opinion?

Seems like the Constitution would be the correct guide......

People have provided dozens of constructive reasons and examples. You were not able to provide any harm or 'lifestyle' examples or any reason besides your personal opinion to deny people their civil rights.

It's been explained how it's a civil rights issue, compared to blacks and women, and you choose to completely disregard it, not even attempt to show why.

That is your opinion, nothing more. An opinion that hopefully in another 10 years will be dead. Cheers to SSM being legalized in all states and people like you having to either deal with it or leave the country.
