Justices rap EPA, but uphold global warming rules

The reason the EPA took action in the first place was because the Supreme Court ordered them to.

No, because damage is caused primarily by changes in temperature. Animals and plants adapt to their environment, and problems occur when the change is too rapid for them to cope with.

Germany should have stuck with nuclear.

Huh ?

How in the hell can you monitor change without absolute and accurate data ? Without actual ambient temperatures that don't have to be tweaked by some Computer model ?

They have that. They just use temperature anomaly on the charts because it's more useful, and also provides a common point of reference. Referencing absolute temperatures in Greenland and Egypt makes for a more difficult comparison.

You're assuming the data corrections are unwarranted.
