Missing Portion that should be in the Headline that naturally doesn't get reported: "....however allegations dismissed by multiple judges"

The frothing at the mouth by the political side (and the political anti's) who screamed to high heaven that we must not judge Bowe Bergdahl or disparage his reputation because he's innocent until proven guilty, but yet ignore that multiple judges have dismissed the "evidence" supposedly found here, is laughable.
This is typical political mud throwing to see what sticks. Hillary is primarily the only candidate right now by the Democrats - anything that will tarnish Republicans who may run against her is being tried.
I think if Thomas Jefferson were looking down, the author of the Bill of Rights, on whats being proposed here, hed agree with it. He would agree that the First Amendment cannot be absolute. - Chuck Schumer (D). Yet, Madison and Mason wrote the Bill of Rights, according to Sheila Jackson Lee, 400 years ago. Yup, it's a fact.

And this begs yet another question.... Is this investigation politically motivated? Oh hell yes.
What investigation isn't? Usually the lack of an investigation is just as political.

I think this may torpedo any Presidential aspirations. It is amusing how all the conservatives automatically say it's a witch hunt.

I'm just going to use the RW line: You guys must be really scared of Hillary.

It has nothing to do with feelings or emotions - it's just an observation. And I don't think it's Hillary it's having yet another Democrat pushing primarily the same destructive programs and policies that Obama has pushed. But then again, if the Senate and House go GOP, it really doesn't matter much if Hillary or any other Democrat gets in.

The election will go the way they usually do - against the party in power. 2017 will see a Republican President, and 2019 will see a Democratic Congress.

But it is partially emotion. All you have to do to a Repub is say the name "Hillary Clinton" and they run around screaming. Kind of like Dems with "Dick Cheney."

It was tried before when there wasn't a corrpution allegation. I think it will have an affect, it's just a question of how much and then will it be enough?

Yeah. The prosecutors attempt to make a case out of nothing and trampled over the constitutional rights of a lot of people in the process. The judges called them on it, and threw the whole thing out. Twice. Now they're looking to find a judge somewhere that will give them some traction for a case that doesn't exist in any real sense at all, and they've been told this twice by judges hardly sympathetic to Walker's politics. It's just desperation that their power might be eroded a bit to public benefit.

Yup. And in 2020 I will win a bazillion dollars for doing absolutely nothing.

Why him? What engenders these attacks on him? I can think of others that should be looked at, but get a pass. Is it just that he belongs to the "wrong" party? I recall how the demonstrators trashed the Court House and grounds in protest of his budget cuts, which were necessary for fiscal soundness!

    Greetings, TheNextEra.
