This whole boycott nonsense is just that though, this has nothing even to do with KFC at all, could have just been some over zealous franchisee or manager.

KFC has more than made up for it IMO.
You mean taxpayers have more than made up for it. . .

KFC did know about it--it mandated the employee's actions as part of its official corporate policy, and then tried meakly to backtrack from it when it was exposed to the public.

If there was no firing, that's most likely the case.
All I was saying was that it is more likely to me that it was not JUST the employee but others involved as well. Other employees and/or customers.

It is KFC's current policy to remove all customers that impede the enjoyment of other customers (though one may question the sanity of anyone who "enjoys" at KFC), without exception, and the employee was specifically ordered to follow that policy by the letter (or else be fired).

And only an incompetent CEO would mandate such a policy.

The CEO was likely involved, since he created the policy under which the child was kicked out.

I hope someone isn't going to lose their job over something so fishy.

I understand what you are saying, but I don't know KFC's policy. Do you know or are you assuming?

You wouldn't have any proof whatsoever of that would you? Do you even know if this KFC was corporate or franchise (independently owned)?
