I stand by my statements as you have yet to make a good logical argument beyond your histrionic distraction from the debate.

Also, you never answered my question, did I get the correct post?

Not if you install a motion activated water-cannon. That way you'd clear out the trespasser and clean the spikes.

That assumes the company owns the building and that local building codes and zoning ordinances would permit that. I personally feel that a smart company would have let the protestor show up and then have her arrested and hauled away and saved themselves all the hoopla and cost of removing the spikes. I suspect that choosing to handle this matter the way they did, actually exposed Tesco to more press than if they had just let the malcontent show up and do as promised. Then let the bobbies take away said indivdual to the aforementioned comfortable cot in a warm room with bars on the windows. Repeat as often as necessary. I guess I'm thinking that Tesco did not handle this matter in a very smart manner.

So asking the guy if I gave him what he asked for is a dodge? I would like you to explain your logic behind that. Looks like a straight forward attempt to get clarification to me.

Easy solution: pass castle doctrine. Homeless person trespasses while also committing the crimes of loitering & public intoxication, the owner shoots and kills them. The coroner burries the bodies in thos municipal mass graves for the unclaimed, homeless population and related violent & drug crime how down, property values go up, race revenue increases, everyone wins.

Trim the dead branch from the tree so it doesn't infect the whole body.

Any homeless who don't like it can just avoid private property. Go sleep on the steps of the state capitol.

For other people viewing this thread. This is the type of dehumanization and monstrous attitudes that I seek to avoid with not support solution like these spikes.

I don't support the spike idea either. A buisness owner shouldn't have to modify his property to keep criminals away.

The homeless can either get off their lazy, drunk asses and get a job, or join a mental institution, or die. Those are the only 3 acceptable options. We have important matters to worry about and don't need these leaches bogging us down.
