So. These spikes serve a purpose, and apparently haven't killed anyone. MAKE THEM ILLEGAL!!!

Those people could find new work, not a big deal, statistically this is a very small sector of employment given the overall economy.

If they end up being homeless, then they should engage in social programs or the local community to help them get back on the feet.

It helps the homeless by promoted a more socially compassionate environment.

    Any other questions?
All of the questions are still right where they were (when you quoted them but ignored them to offer multiple excuses and dodges instead) before. Are we to now humor your idiotic posturing and go up and down the scroll and back one page to "copy and paste" all of them, should I call it "repeat" all of them, for you? Do you need me to hold your hand? Because you have run the "tone" excuse up the flag pole, but gone back and edited your comments to change your own tone after I had replied to them too. A pretty dishonest tone being struck right there. So how much of this intellectually dishonest tap dance is it you would like to keep rolling out? Or do you think you can find your way through the morass you have created with all the tone and repeating excuse making dodges and feints without my or anyone else's assistance? You know, digging through the volumes and volumes of this lengthy thread?

Well it might be fine for you to say you do need your hand held. And yes you would enjoy it greatly I if would humor your idiotic posturing. Unfortunately for you, I'm a betting man and what I said way back in #45 was spot on. Zero percent. The word is that this news story is far from settled. A backlash to Tesco's decision has started and those spikes might stay in place yet. Should be interesting to see what wins out, common sense or a compassionate environment.

Your attempts to manipulate my emotions are thus far not working. Would you like to engage in debate or not?

He's been debating you. You're the one dodging questions, not him.

Not dodging so much as watching him make a fool of himself out of a simple misunderstanding. The histrionics are starting to become boring though. I will keep attempting to reengage him until I determine he is a lost cause.

All you have to do to "re-engage" is actually engage everything that you ran as fast as you could away from. You see, simply repeating a "message" is what happens at message boards, debate is when you actually "engage" the points and comments of those whom you posture about "debate" with. You are a bit tardy in your sudden desire to "debate" but if it is a sincere desire you are expressing you can go back to what you ran from before and get started with your "debate" of same. I'm still betting that won't happen, hell it ain't happened yet and now we are 6 pages 57 post into the thread.

This would be a good example of the histrionics.

I have a desire to debate (and this has not yet flagged, despite your very emotive responses and assumptions), so if you are not willing to ask, please refer to which post # you are referring to. I will be happy to quote that and answer any questions I see with my opinions.

This is a good example of someone who does not understand what the word "histrionics" means.

If you have a desire to debate, go back and debate the comments of mine you earlier had no desire to debate. Otherwise it is just more empty posturing.
