U.S. recoups jobs lost in recession as economy picks up

(Reuters) - U.S. employers kept up a solid pace of hiring in May, returning employment to its pre-recession level and offering confirmation the economy has snapped back from a winter slump.

Nonfarm payrolls increased 217,000 last month, the Labor Department said on Friday, in line with market expectations. Data for March and April was revised to show 6,000 fewer jobs created than previously reported.

the question we have to ask is this just pure might of the american economy or did obama actually have anything to do with it?

i have to say this is pure tenacity of the american economy to get back on it's feet dispite all the road blocks that obama has put in the way.
he has nothing to do with this recovery there is no way he can get any credit for it at all.

Presidents always get the blame or credit for how the economy is performing whether it's deserved or no.

no obama has done nothing to get any credit i don't care how well the economy is doing. he has done not one thing that would make the economy better but a bunch of stuff to keep it in the gutter.

only a ideologue would give him credit for anything.
