Gwyneth Paltrow: Mean words hurt water's feelings

That is the point so yo u can take your idiotic misunderstanding and do what you always idiotically do... compound the idiocy.
It is your misunderstanding of what has been said which is compounding the idiocy as normal.
That is on you.
Until pointed out, you didn't even realize your failure of the spoken voice being sound waves, which affected the formation of the crystals.

Words spoken about hate but in a lovely voice or a simple expression of feelings in a monotone voice will not produce angry water crystals because water can't denote meaning, just sound.

The words spoken affect the formation of it's crystals. That is the point. Nothing more.
I have not said they could denote feelings or meaning. I specifically said the opposite.

I realize that this is normal for you, but you really need to stop substituting what you falsely believe has been said, with that which actually has been said.

Try repeating the experiment.
As it stands, the experiment is repeatable.

The intent of my post stands and you pointed nothing out that was already not known.

Words spoken affect crystals. Positive or negative intention do not affect crystals.

Bs.
Your post stands as an example of you not realizing what you were saying in reply.

:doh
The vibration of your words do, as stated. You have no argument against that.

Just as pointless as ever...

From the same science that brought you anthropogenic global warming.....

Anyone who would make such an acerbic remark should not have their opinions on science taken seriously whatsoever.

It is a person's verbalized feelings.

Again.
Do you think it unusual that vibrations may affect such?

No one was talking to the water as it was freezing, they wrote on a piece of paper. And the music was played to the water prior it it being frozen.

From the same science that brought you anthropogenic global warming.....

Who knew water had feelings?

Who really cares what she says? - she has First Amendment Rights like anyone of us.

What logically sets her apart from anyone posting here? - she has personal opinions? well don't we all? - in the end that is all we are - just a bunch of personal opinions.

Some of us have money and some of us don't but that is what makes the First Amendment beautiful - money doesn't matter....

You do not believe thoughts have vibrations?

Look, there is no doubt the there needs to be more controls in such experiments, especially to limit any error or manipulation. And that attribution to anything more than vibrations, if it exists, is unattainable at this time.

But the experiments are repeatable.
What it means, and how it is accomplished is up for discussion.
As you can see though, I am all for the cause being vibrations and do not attribute any specific meaning to the results.

It should read: Yes, your postings were.
Thank you for being the punctuation police today.
Would you like a medal? Or a chest to pin it on?

I am happy we live in a world, where a person can say something like that,
and not be locked up for crazy.
It actually has less to do with being crazy and more to do with being a gullible fool_

I like her acting, and think she is a good actor, she should stick to what she is good at.
Well she's apparently also pretty good at looking like an idiot so please don't encourage her!

She is an idiot. I'll bet she voted for Obama.
Gwyneth Paltrow: I open my mouth and stupid comes out.
I heart for Gwyneth Paltrow..........................
You have to admit that maybe she is on to something... her son Moses is perhaps training to speak to the water and have it part the seas for her daughter Apple.
Poor poor Gwyneth__This is a good example of the mind-set of people who believe being a liberal is a sign of intelligence_

Supposedly the experiment is repeatable and has been repeated more than several times.
What is not to believe about that?
Sorry Excon, but I saw no evidence of exactly what the water had actually reacted to_

If the claim had been that aliens were the catalyst; I would want to see the aliens in action!

And only use one sheet of TP when you wipe. :D
I'm pretty sure Sheryl Crow was the rocket surgeon responsible for that particular doozy_ :giggle1:

There is no need to be sorry, especially as what you state is logical.

As I have already stated to another poster

I tend to agree with Paltrow....I don't evem see how her statements are controversial - apparently the disagreement is there.

If I was her I would tell every tyrant to shut the **** up.

 What in the living **** are you talking about?

Are you claiming that all scientist is bogus? There is no other connection between the emotional water claim and anthropogenic global warming. The Dr Emoto who did the water experiment is not a legitimately trained scientist, his degrees are in international relations and he is a Doctor of Alternative Medicine at the Open International University for Alternative Medicine in India. As far as I can tell, his research has not been published or peer reviewed.

"Commentators have criticized Emoto for insufficient experimental controls and for not sharing enough details of his approach with the scientific community.[7] William A. Tiller, another researcher featured in the documentary What The Bleep Do We Know?, states that Emoto's experiments fall short of proof, since they do not control for other factors in the supercooling of water.[8] In addition, Emoto has been criticized for designing his experiments in ways that leave them prone to manipulation or human error influencing the findings.[9][10] Writing about Emoto's theory in the Skeptical Inquirer, physician Harriet A. Hall concluded that it was "hard to see how anyone could mistake it for science".[1]

Emoto was offered the One Million Dollar Paranormal Challenge by James Randi in 2003, and would have received US$1,000,000 if he had been able to reproduce the experiment under test conditions agreed to by both parties. He has not participated and the prize money is still offered."

Anthropogenic global warming, although controversial with conservatives, libertarians, fringe scientists and some energy companies, has been documented and verified by hundreds of real scientists.

I don't belong to a cult or a bullyfest...

Would you like more elaboration? or are you just having too much fun.

Gwyneth Paltrow: I open my mouth and stupid comes out.

i think she said the other day that online hacking of celebs was like war.
a soldier that saw it slammed her all over the place.

Green Beret mocks Gwyneth Paltrow for comparing celebrities to soldiers in sarcastic letter | Mail Online

'I can only imagine the difficulty of waking up in a 12,000 square foot Hollywood home and having your assistant retrieve your iPhone, only to see that the battery is low and someone on twitter (the social media concept that you and all of your friends contribute to on an hourly basis to feed your ego and narcissistic ways), has written a mean word or 2 about you.'
Sgt First Class Sikes continued in this derisive vain, suggesting that Paltrow, 41, should 'receive a medal' for enduring verbal abuse online at the hands of 'meanies.

i thought it was a pretty good rant.

 What in the living **** are you talking about?

I'm talking about why the hell you care about what she says considering she's not a politician.

Dont quit your day job, Gwyneth.

`
One thing for certain, people who follow celebrity news aren't exactly the brightest people around.

She's a shining example of a liberal education.
