Embattled VA chief Shinseki resigns

Was there ANY improvement in the system while Shinseki was in charge? If there wasn't, then yes, he's at fault.

I said SOLE fault didn't I? Yes, Shinseki was indeed at fault for the continuing blunders but then so were the past VA heads.
 
Well have fun with your faux outrage. did you stand silently with the previous VA heads? I don't remember one post from you regarding those folks and they were as much to blame for the continuing blunders.

Whatever happened previously, the situation seems to have worsened under Shinseki and he seems to have been completely clueless. In both Iraq and the VA he was the Little Engine That Couldn't.:peace
