Maybe if CNN were made a govt agency there would be less scandal.

CNN should have told him earlier.

Someone at CNN is guilty here.

Benghazi, IRS, F & F, VA, et al, all have a few things in common.

    All have the same boss.

    Said boss is outraged.

Said boss is on top of it.

    Nothing ever happens.

The other problem with demanding resignations is that people can learn from their mistakes and are less likely to make the same mistakes again, as opposed to bringing in someone new and having the same mistakes made as under previous leadership.....which appears to be the case here.
These were not mistakes. This was a concerted effort of subterfuge for $$. I'm not talking about demanding resignations. I'm talking about serving walking papers.

Unless of course the boss works for a Wall Street firm or Exxon Mobil. Then he's supposed to know everything down to the most minute detail, including when his workers changed pens or went to the bathroom.

Of course the people who actually commited a crime should be held accountable. But I don't think Shenki(?) is responsible for cooking the books, so what good what it do to fire him? A new commander isn't going to change the culture or the bureaucracy at the VA anymore than the last four or five firings and resignations did.

Seems to me he stood for it a long time.

Rather relieving to have a president so on top of scandals.....

Did we not hear him also say he would not rest until the killers of the Banghazi four were brought to justice. That was in 2012. That's a lot of missed resting, so maybe he's loosing it.....

who knows, but he's always been such a solid, dependable man of his word..."I didn't say that, what I said was you can keep your plan unless the insurance company changes it."

Man of his word, it's only the words that keep changing. Can't blame him.
""You know, when we sell to other countries, even if they're allies -- you never know about an ally. An ally can turn."

Shinseki was pressured into retiring a week early.

    Guess that showed him.
