There's a point where incompetance becomes fraud.

Is it legal for a contracter to gouge the government? No, it's not. Can a contracter claim ignorance? No, he cannot.

Undisclosed is like you're trying to hide what you really are because you're obviously ashamed of it... so as they say, if the shoe fits...

My political positions very depending on the issue. It's not logical to stick them all in one box. And you did call me a bastard, its right their in your first post to me.

Sorry, incompetence does not become fraud. Although they may lead to the same result, they are completely different things.

Right, which makes your broad statement hogwash! The majority of Americans disagree with you, but they are still Americans, Americans first, your neighbours and co-workers, the people that cook your food, keep electricity supplied to your house and have gas at the pump when you need to get to work. Incase you thought they were all republicans, they aren't bastards, they just see things a little different than you. You have zero credibility, no class, and nothing to add to the conversation.

Well of course they did, and after the fiasco played out, and the truth came to light of the Bush administration deception, most of them have repented of their support. The point is that republicans haven't and continue to this day to justify and excuse the crime, including daily here on this board, in fact you are an example of it. Btw, some republicans have confessed as well, Mr. Powell considers his bull**** before the UN to have ruined his career.
