And, yes, I read the damned article, drop it. You aren't winning points by making that assumption.
You have one guy, that may or may not be pointing his weapon at a specific target...hard to say. He may just be posing for the press. Who knows? Maybe some liberal puke photographer asked him to pose like that.

You show me where the federal agent is suspended on the other side of the barrier in this picture. Let's see another angle.

They don't get involved in all tax situations, but they do get involved in tax situations when a platoon of rednecks try aiming lethal weaponry at them

As for this whole thing I find it funny a bunch of rednecks think they can somehow defeat the entire U.S.... We can all pray for them maybe? Ya know, one mistake and they can all be wiped out in a heartbeat.

But people on your side of the fence believe that if a stranger refused to leave your property, you have the right to shoot them. Hell, even some gun nuts believe simply trespassing on someone elses property gives them the right to shoot them.

But if you are trespassing on government property, the government (elected by citizens) do not have the right to protect government owned (taxpayer owned) property.

No, I don't. I think women in combat is one of the worst ideas to have come from the PC women can do anything men can do idea.

Now, unarmed women on the front lines to serve as targets is a wonderful idea.

Wow you need to do some homework. The info is out there if you'd choose to read it and understand it. Nothing I said was wrong. Janet Reno is an idiot yet, but had nothing to do with Ruby Ridge it was a small group of thug agents within the BATF (NOT FBI) that entrapped Weaver. Weavers young son and friend were investigating a dogs intrigue with an agent when the first shots were fired after the agent idiotically shot the dog Weavers boy fired on the agent (a single shot) and the agents killed him in defense. Weavers wife and infant child were later killed by another idiot sniper who was prosecuted but not convicted. Yes I know Weaver won his case against the government, and that's what happens when people error and should happen, but ultimately its about a persons error not a governments war on gun owners, Weaver or anyone else.

The entire incident started with Randy Weaver being entrapped for allegedly selling a shotgun. Then for some unknown reason a gang of FBI agents acting like some sort of military unit invaded his property and Weavers son grabbed a gun and started shooting at the invaders, which cost the kid his life, and before the incident was over Weaver lost his son, wife and a friend in the incident.

Then the FBI trying to justify their actions tried to portray Weaver as a member of the KKK which didn't work out for the FBI because everyone called bull****.

As far as I'm concerned Janet Reno belongs in prison....

Lets also not forget Waco either - the FBI only smashed buildings in their compound with tanks and lit the place on fire murdering people.

The FBI had no business whatsoever being involved in either incident - and the only reason why they were was because they wanted to flex their muscles against families and individuals who want nothing to do with their authoritarian government.

BTW, Randy Weaver sued the government and won...

Should we prohibit hiking in our national forests?

I don't have a problem with grazing fees. Hell, I LIKE the idea of leasing government land for private use. However, if the government is going to charge those fees then they need to allow reasonable use. In this case they kept whittling away at what the ranchers could use and so restricted the land use that dozens of ranches had to shut down. What Bundy was protesting was an administrative decision to put him out of business in favor of a species of tortoise which had been living just fine with cattle for a hundred years.

Put him out of business?? No, he has plenty of land to graze on. What he is protesting is the use of free land for his own personal gain.

He is aiming his gun at feds in that picture. Even Stevie Wonder can see that.
