Nonsense, thats just predictable and irrelevant partisan driven nonsense.

The Oil and Gas industry in Texas accounts for 10 percent of our States GDP.

CalifornIa has silicon valley, which also accounts for close to 10 percent of their States GDP and they're also the 4rth largest Oil producer in the US.

But California is struggling, swimming in debt and losing its tax base at a alarming rate as they increase their dependent class.

The truth is Texas's economy is highly diverse ans we've had growth in 11 different sectors over the last 5 years.

    Federal Money ? Lol !

CalifornIa rreceived 55 Billion dollars of "stimulus" monies and thats Blue Plague State is home to 1/3 of our Nations Welfare recipients, even though its total population represents 1/8 of the USs population.

They borrowed 10 Billion from the Federal Government to help pay jobless claims.

Its part of their 27 Billion dollar debt that Jerry Brown has chosen to leave off their books, so he can claim a 'surplus".

The 10 Billion dollar Federal Loan ? California is never PAYING that back

CalifornIa is also ignoring its 500 Billion dollar unfunded pension liabillities Time bomb .

Texas's per capita GDP SURPASSED Californias in 2011 and hasn't stopped climbing.

We lead the nation in the number of new High paying jobs created.

We lead the Nation in Jobs created period and we're # 45 on the list of States with the HIGHEST local and State level tax burden on its residents.

We have no state income tax bur we're building onto a 10 Billion dollar SURPLUS.

    A REAL surplus.

So next time spend a whole 3 minites researching before coming in here and removing all doubt.

Texas has a Booming and very diverse econmy and we're doing it by staying true to Conservative economic policies.

Oh, stop it. The "disappearing middle class" has been a problem for years. But yeah, like everything else, it's All Obama's Fault. There is quite literally nothing you won't blame on the guy.

    More Liberal drek.

Recently , Texas's 4rth and 9th graders out scored California's on Science, Mathematics and Word Studies and thats across all racial and social lines.

Hey, Detroit pays their teachers more than Texas pays their teachers.

    Clearly money is the answer.

Or wait, no it isnt. Detroit had a 1 in 4 graduate rate as little as 2 years ago.

Because one economically depressed city and an entire state is a valid comparison.

Did you ever learn how to engage in proper paragraph construction? And you're ignore the notion of how economic behavior works. Hydrocarbon spending supports a huge amount of indirect spending. And you're ignoring how Federal spending is a MONSTER portion of Texas's economy.

"San Francisco is in the middle of a housing affordability crisis, earning the dreadful distinction of the least affordable housing market in the country.

With median housing prices of $1 million and median rental prices of roughly $3,000 for a one-bedroom home
, a recent study confirms that there isn’t a single house or one-bedroom apartment in the entire city of San Francisco affordable for an average teacher.

Without other options, an increasing percentage of San Francisco school staff members live outside The City, and that number keeps climbing for new hires..."

Thats the best you can do ?

Critique my " sentence structure " and make up your own personal economic metrics ?

Again, the Oil and Gas sector of the Texas Economy represents 10 percent of our GDP.

California's silicon valley "spending supports a huge amount of spending " too.

    As does Michigan's Automotive manufacturing.

Texas isn't the only State that recieves Federal funds nor does it receive a disproportionate amount of federal funds.

Not enough to explain its booming economy.

People and Corporations aren'the coming here for "Federal dollars".

Thats just deperate and silly Liberal mitigation. I mean Michigan got 55 Billion to keep General Motors a float.

California recieves Billions in welfare benefits, recieved Billions in unemployment dollars from the Fed that they're NOT going to pay back, and recieved 55 Billion in "stimulus".

They're coming here because Texas is staying true to Conservative economic principles.

The level of delusion you people are willing to accept just so you can continue to deny yourself of the truth is just astounding.

Federal monies is a "monster portion of Texas's economy " ??

LOL !!! Well the prove it.

There's no point in replying to him at this point. You're not going to get anything of value out of Fenton.
