Show us how raising MW increased employment. Not just two numbers that follow similar trends on a graph, but the actual cause and effect.

    LOL

With that answer, it's clear you don't understand how a business operates, and what it takes to cover costs. Kind of symbolic of the havoc Prog/Libs have subjected business to with their agenda.

The American society as a whole is a huge joke now. We can't speak as honest adults without being sacrificed and livelihoods destroyed. People actually care what 80 year olds think and it makes headline news for days. All the hoopla about what is racism and what isn't. I'm just sick of how we are so dishonest nowadays while putting on this facade that all is fine and dandy. No one wants to tackle real issues, they'd rather focus on the tertiary parts that have little impact. People actually think Obama isn't a liar. All the fake apologies on TV for words. Etc, etc.

We are a 2-faced society nowadays. There is a mentality to just be nice in public and hate each other in private. This does wonders for society, a bunch of 2-faced hypocrites selling each other out when caught saying something.

I didn't claim a connection. I simply stated that many on the right claimed when MW was raised unemployment would rise, it didn't.

The left side communicates in extremes too. They are pretending that an increase in minimum wage is going to increase wages.

It will increase wages, just not personal wealth. Inflation and the cost of living are going to always outpace wage hikes.

"And, and, and.....if we made a law where everyone made a million an hour, we could all be........millionaires!!"

First-grade economic thinking attracts first-grade economic voters.

I guess that was my mistake, since I based my response on the words you typed instead of the words thought you typed. Next time I'll make sure that I'm using my telepathy before responding...

Show me where I suggested there was a connection? I didn't I simply said that since the MW was raised, unemployment went down. I did not say there was a connection. No need to make **** up.

Those on the right have stated that when the MW goes up, so too will unemployment. That's not what happened in WA. Alas, those on the right weren't correct, at least not in this case.
