Yes, and now I'm curious why no lawmakers in our state swept in when that EVP I worked with made less than his female counterpart who did the same work, but had been there 3 years less than he was. I guess they didn't care then (and we had a Democratic governor and a Democratic-controlled legislature at the time).

This bonehead must not know any RN's

He certainly doesn't know any of the women that I know who work long, hard hours and are happy to do any kind of work to make a few dollars. This guy is a misogynist and he certainly didn't help the GOP with what he said.

I suppose your out will be that since there are probably few NH female lumberjacks, you are not going to support state efforts towards equal pay.....or be "right there with me".

    Wow.
I will be right there with you not supporting that company, taking my business elsewhere, even condemning them...but no...I wont join you in creating legislation targeting private businesses. I also wont join you ina panty protest, nor would I join you in a clandestine gas bombing of their headquarters.

Now...show me the actual case that has you panties twisted.

The fake outrage on here is breathtaking.

I have zero sympathy for this guy. He created this problem for himself by opening his mouth before he turned his brain on.

Common sense would stop most men from saying what he said.

The WH is not discriminating based on gender, they pay women the same for the same work.
The state congressman stated that as per the BofL&S statistics, men work more overtime hours, weekend hours and longer pay periods than women.

Do you dispute that and if so based on what source?

I don't think he expected any sympathy from you, unless you know him? Or did you vote for him?

This isn't even making local news. It's only the left wing media and some partisan posters who are upset by what he said, which makes it even more ironic.

As I said, it won't hurt him at all in the state. He lives in a very Republican district.

I believe men may be more motivated than most women when it comes to serious relationships in modern times.

Did he SAY the woman you know isnt a hard work beast or did he say that according to the BofL&S statistics, STATISTICALLY, men work longer pay periods, more overtime hours, etc?
