I am, not that it's any concern of yours.

If they don't respect due process, yeah, shoot them down.
The whole reason we have the second amendment is to retain the right to kill governments who act tyrannical.
Take your 2A rants of advocating shooting Government officials to the gun forum where you get away with that ****.

    Oh grow up.
You need to get a grip on how far you advocate shooting government officials down.
That being said, if the government begins acting apropriotly and following due process, and the 'milita' creates an armed resistance, I will volunteer to be sent in a Guard unit to kill them for insurrection. If you think your 'milita' of old fat retirees stands a chance against belt-fed grenade launchers and .50cal machine guns from MRAPS, good luck. It ain't nothin I haven't already seen in Afghanistan.
Who are you to decide unilaterally as an individual what is legal.
That is up to the courts, and the USSC is on the righties side.

What is it with you about wanting to get in a shooting war with anyone, just because you served?
That's par for the course with the minority of you people who feel "entitled" because of service.
You may want to get counseling for the manure you're spreading here.
Whoever is acting within the law is in the right, but so far as I can tell both sides are braking the rules.
Let them duke it out in the desert, then.
Right or wrong, Bundy is going to loose; but so can the state.
This means you're advocating war--please get help.
....and Harry Ried is a douche regardless.
Completely unrelated to the rest of your spew, but not unexpected .

More intellectually dishonest false equivocation of liberals with breaking the law.
Are you one of Cantor's henchmen?

But I tell you what. How about as a matter of priorities we worry about deploying the SWAT teams oh, say, more border-ish than cow-ish, now that we are in agreement about the importance of the Rule of Law?
And then a little immigration derail from the GOP apologist who first granted amnesty and then opened the gates to illegals during GWB .

We could switch out the government tomorrow
and the flag would remain the same.

When you get ready to switch out the government give us a little advance notice, OK?

Good point - this guy is a nobody breaking the law. Not, you know, a significant government official.

First, if it were a US govt flag it would have to meet very specific parameters in accordance with US law. Very few flags in public use meet that. Second, it is the flag of the people of the united states...it represents the people and the nation, not the govt; the people that comprise the govt...not the government itself as an entity in and of itself. Lastly, every organ of the US govt has it's own flag....those are govt flags as they represent that particular dept...not the American people as a whole.

But yeah, you don't get it.
