    I am as in favor of private property rights as anyone.

    I am absolutely opposed to the government condemning the property of one individual so that another individual can build a strip mall. This is a common practice by the big government, scratch my back crowd.

    If an eminent domain issue is asserted, I feel that there needs to be heavily rigged hurdles that favor the individual and help to maintain private property.

    Simply paying market value should not be enough. Replacement of the property with equal or greater advantage has to be the test and the owner needs to be satisfied.

    Not Solomon here. Someone much smarter than me needs to work this out.
