He's getting desperate and so is Holder so are Obama's minions.

What? There was no blocking of anything and no taxes even paid. The groups were not even required to make the applications that were delayed. You are lying to make a big deal out of what is essentially NOTHING.
The law is wrongly written and needs to be changed though. I doubt you agree because it unfairly benefits more conservative groups than other factions. To be truly fair, all political groups should be paying taxes on their income.

They can't lawfully operate under 501(c)(4) status without authorization from the IRS.

Why do you think they go through the process?

If there is "nothing" to this then why the 24 Consecutive 5th ammendment pleas under oath ?

If there's "nothing" to this then why doesn't Lerner just answer their questions ?

No one believes that there is "nothing" to this.

I don;'t know why they bothered to apply, but it was probably out of an abundance of caution. It is an ambiguous and poorly written law. Like I said they only needed to declare their status when they filed their returns. The applications were totally unnecessary as they all received their exemption just by filing. Not one organization closed down or changed anything they would have done. You are making a mountain out of a molehill, grasping at straws and most of all beating a dead horse.

Because it is a fishing expedition and a witch hunt and the Constitution protects us from such shenanigans by unscrupulous partisan politicians.

That's simply not true. Liberal groups were also targeted, albeit, to a much lesser degree. But, your assertion that "not one liberal group was targeted" is simply false.
