With all the money put into the website and modern technology today why don't we have a breakdown of the actual numbers?

How long are you going to make excuses for Obama and buy what he tells you? We heard for over 8 years about those so called Bush lies but not a word about Obama's, wonder why?
    You should recognize all possibilities.

And I have made no excuses.

TX has an extremely high number of people who qualify for Medicaid, CHIP, and other programs but have failed to sign up. We also have a large number of people who CHOOSE not to purchase insurance preferring to pay their own bills. Guess choice only matters when it comes to murdering the unborn or other programs that liberals support.

Guess in the liberal world the govt. of the state should be going door to door and spoon feed people. Don't know how many times we have to go through this with you and others but TX is doing just fine and personal responsibility is an issue in this state.

The poll is Gallup and is what it is. You can discard it and will because it doesn't give you the support you want but what you cannot refute is the fact that the numbers aren't broken down and we have no idea how many were previously insured people who got cancellation notices thus weren't uninsured or how many people were eligible for Medicaid prior to ACA or how many people signed up and haven't made a premium payment. Doesn't stop supporters from posting an OP like this one and then have a problem being challenged

I'm not the one doing the discarding. You are. Now if you can show what the poll is more valid, that would be a start. But you merely assume it is. Why? I suspect because thats what you want to believe, evidence to the contrary be damned.

But since you like survey's, try this one:

Survey: Roughly 3.5 million gained coverage under the new health law

Survey: Roughly 3.5 million gained coverage under the new health law | The Rundown | PBS NewsHour

It's a Gallup poll as well. And it clearly states this:

“The Affordable Care Act, commonly referred to as ‘Obamacare,’ appears to be accomplishing its goal of increasing the percentage of Americans with health insurance,” said Gallup’s analysis of the findings.

So in your opinion we need ACA to get 3.5 million of the reported 45 million uninsured according to Whitehouse. gov? Interesting logic and apparently costs don't matter to you as long as it makes you feel good about getting 3.5 million enrolled. CBO revised their estimates in 2014 for Obamacare and now projects it to cost 1.8 trillion over 10 years and the best you can do is get 3.5 million signed up. Do you realize that a simple tax credit would cost less and do a better job than ACA. I wouldn't be touting 3.5 million as a success but I guess you can continue to fool Obama supporters all the time.

Well, I know 0 is better than 3.5 million by your math, but yeah, as Gallup noted, it is moving forward and accomplishing its goal.

It's goal was to get most of the "45 million uninsured" insured and 3.5 million is a long way from that goal and an incredible expense. I realize that someone else paying the bill doesn't phase you at all but it really is sad that liberals have such low standards and expectations.

So? It takes time. But it it is progressing. 3.5 million is a long way from 0 as well.

Except it's not. It wasn't accomplishing it's goal at the illusory 7 million figure, and certainly not with half that. And again I'll remind you: "enrolled" doesn't mean ****. Signed up, doesn't mean ****. They still have to pay before they are insured, and that's not a certainty.

Yep. But again, it does show progress. It's unlikely that most won't find a way for it to be paid.
