Eohrnberger does raise an interesting question; albeit indirectly. Say someone's predictions prove to be consistently and catastrophically wrong. They then make a new prediction. Can we use their prediction itself as evidence that it won't come true?

If you trace back the posts, you will see that this discussion is not limited to to just the people who bought plans through the exchange

Your attempt to limit the discussion is a fail

Given how catastrophically wrong the right's predictions have been, I'm inclined to say yes

The right has been correct about everything when it comes to Obamacare.

No but predictions that DID come true like the # of signups are a good indicator that others made by the CBO at that time are also true. None of predictions of failure on the other hand have been true leading to the conclusion that they are wrong. Plus the fact that the GOP has been on the wrong side of just about every issue that is important to Americans today and you get the idea.

Yea the predicted 7million plus sign-ups and the rising popularity of the ACA perfectly.

Grasping at straws, huh? I'm afraid this time you just get lemons.
You could use the CBO numbers for those others, they were right about # of signups.

There was no 7 million "predicted."

Wow, 2.3% of the population are now enrolled under Obamacare.

I wonder how many people LOST their private plans due to Obamacare? Ever think about that?

Wasn't this program - in the progressive mind - supposed to insure the previously uninsured?

For all we know there are more uninsured individuals out there now than there were before Obamacare was even forced on the people - or in other words a net loss.

Either way 7 million is absolutely NOTHING in a nation of 300 million people.

Obamacare ISN'T popular - Thanks to the mandate some people are scared that if they don't sign up they will be hit with fines - so basically Obama and the rest of the progressives are holding a gun to peoples heads telling them they HAVE TO SIGN UP or face the consequences and the best part even those threats aren't enough to get individuals signed up.

Oh, not to mention - who knows how many of those who are enrolled actually applied for an exemption or waiver from the program?

This program is an epic disaster and has been a disaster since day one!!

Yawn. That is exactly what the GOP has been saying for years, but unfortunately for you it is not true no matter how many times you say it or how much you want it to be. Sooner or later you all will go crawling back into your holes and enjoy the benefits of the ACA while grumbling under your breath. Just like your ancestors did with Social Security and Medicare. How special.

Also the sign-ups don't mean anything. Those "sign-ups" are people asking for Obamacare and asking for an exemption/waiver from Obamacare....

This program is an epic failure.
