When I was 12 I went to a Catholic school with uniforms and I didn't last long - I was expelled after 2 months...
It seems weird that someone wouldn't want you...

Tomboy pressured to leave Christian school | The Journal Gazette

FOREST, Va. – Eight-year-old Sunnie Kahle likes to keep her hair short, wear boys clothes, collect hunting knives and shoot her BB gun.

“She’s a pure, 100 percent tomboy,” said her great-grandfather Carroll Thompson, who along with his wife, Doris, adopted their granddaughter’s child.

But to Timberlake Christian School administrators, the second-grader’s boyish ways warranted an ultimatum: Start acting like a girl or find another school.

The good news is that she can now go to a real school, ya know, the kind of school that doesn't teach Jesus rode a dinosaur.

If you aren't christian or religious then what do you know about it? Some Christian sects, just like Hebrew and Muslim sects, have certain standards and customs when it comes clothing. "Seems to me" you are injecting your values on them.

Well, if being a Christian has anything to do with Jesus....not sure Jesus would be on board with their decision.

Are you suggesting that Jesus did not follow the religious laws and customs of his day? Where did you get that information?

Are you saying he would personally cast out those who did not comply? Where did you get your information?

No, no don't turn this around on me. You claimed that Jesus would "not be on board with this decision" and I asked you where you got that information? Where was there anything in the Jesus narrative that suggests that he did not follow the religious laws and customs of his day? Your claim is that Jesus would not approve, you need to prove that? Otherwise you are just spouting your own opinion.

I believe that, when people were following the religious customs of that time, Jesus said "He who is without sin cast the first stone".
