Ponzi schemes only work if you have willing payers at the base that have no immediate need of a return. That means young people. TONS of healthy young people, willingly paying for a service they're not likely to need for another 30-40 years or so.
It simply doesn't work mathematically, economically, or otherwise. Then, you factor in the governmental bureaucratic aspect of it, and a security-botched website that doesn't work, and this is what you get.
So far, you have people in immediate need of healthcare, people who had healthcare but lost it, and other enrollees who largely haven't paid. I suspect you also have a huge number of media people and others who've signed up just to see if it the website works, as well as a lot of DNC folks trying to bolster the numbers....
The whole think is a crock. And I believe in my core that you and everyone knows it.
CNN posted a story today that says they accomplished their goal. Does anyone really believe that BS? Perhaps, it's just an April Fool's joke.
Does anyone here really know what the ORIGINAL GOAL was? The law has been changed and the goal posts moved so many times that many people here have no concept as to what the real goal was. I always thought it was to get the uninsured insured, not taking insured people who lost their coverage to sign up for ACA or people eligible for Medicaid to sign up for Medicaid? What is wrong with you people that support Obama?
