I see no difference between a tasteful banner identifying the origin of a marching band and a tasteful banner identifying the marchers as gay veterans of this or that unit. The students are proud members of the marching band, the vets are proud to have served despite the military's (historical) policies on homosexuality.
I'm already gearing up for Finger Vote 2014.

Just for reference, means my post was a giant steaming pile of sarcasm.

In seriousness, this is how things are supposed to work in a republic (as opposed to an authoritarian government). Solutions are less imposed by law and more emergent from community. Leadership and change are as much the result of civilian participation as political mandate.
Heya MG. Well Lizzie and Josie are the bartenders in the tavern and SMW is the Hostess of Smarties bar and Grille. Stop in and tells them goilz to get ya a beer.

Yes and we do see how that influence play out.

On a Side note.....we here in Chicago will make sure the Chicago River will be green.

Probably the same thing as identifying what high school you're from or what unit you served with. I imagine that if I risked life and limb on behalf of my country and only recently did my sexuality become something that wouldn't get me discharged, I'd want to celebrate the fact that I was a gay vet.

Drag is outlandish. Typical fag behavior; the intent is to shock.

My point was that's is still a St. Patrick's Day parade, not something else.

Heya TAD.....Did you happen to see either footage from the parades last year?
