Uh.. no.. totally different Republicans, MMC. Noraid was a financier of Provos (Irish Republican Army)..PIRA are not even close to American Republican, but Irish Republican which is just Socialism with a gun.

Michael Flannery was Irish Volunteer and a hard ass Irish Republican. But at that time that's what Irish-Americans were focused on.. ignorance or not.

What part of "both sides" did you fail to understand?

What really gets me is that, with respect to Boston, this isn't just a group of random gay folks who want to march for the sake of marching. If they were I'd still be fine with it, but this is a group of gay veterans who want to identify themselves as gay while marching in a parade organized by a veteran's group.
I'm already gearing up for Finger Vote 2014.

Just for reference, means my post was a giant steaming pile of sarcasm.

What part about them being told they could participate as long as they don't use any signage.....didnt come thru with the messaging? My point with it.....is the LGBT community doesn't come before any other groups. I am sure the activists for the gun issue and against would want to get in. Same with those for and against immigration and abortion. If none of them are in and there isn't any politicization. All were good with it.

So if it is good for all the Golden Gooses. Then to all for the Rainbow Ganders. Case should be closed and the LGBT community should get over it.....and figure it out not everything has to be politicized.

Whatever. Just don't pin this on one side using Sam Adam's words when Sam Adam's word didn't pin it on either side.

Not a republican in the American political party sense, but an extreme political agitator in Northern Ireland.

Sam Adams first went with all could participate as long as there was no signage.....that was their stance. Then they pulled out after negotiations broke down. Bottomline.....who was bringing the issue. That's the side that gets it pinned upon. To me that's looking like the LGBT Activists. Not Sam Adams and others. So let them take the weight and let the Cameras bring the point home.....Repeatedly!

I'm not.....I am using Sams Adams own words. Only way negotiations breakdown.....was due to the LGBT Activists not accepting the terms. Their fault.....theirs to take the blame since the fame was what they were looking for.

You can't use Sam Adams own words to blame either side because Sam Adams didn't blame either side.

Sure I can.....as if they agreed the participating sponsor would still be in the Parade. Now its a lose lose situation As other participating sponsors pull out too. Nobody wins.....whats suppose to be a fun time for all, and especially the lil kids with the wonderment of it all and the Old timers and the memories of traditions. Now even that is lost as there is now even less to see and enjoy.

    Way to go LGBT.
