So get rid of Salaried pay then? Everyone is hourly?
Climate, changes. It takes a particularly uneducated population to buy into the idea that it's their fault climate is changing and further political solutions can fix it.

Pretty much, yeah. I don't see any real benefit (to employees, the benefit to the company is obvious) to salaried jobs.

    Overtime is a false construct.
Americans are so enamored of equality that they would rather be equal in slavery than unequal in freedom.

I am curious, what in your opinion would help the little guy?

I stand by my statement that Obama's economic and regulatory policies have hindered the recovery rather than promoted and supported it.
There is at least on e Nobel laureate economist that disagrees with you. Can you raise the ante on that?

The question I asked clearly used the Word void.

Raising the mínimum wage does not change an employment contract between the employee and the employer.

I was asking how could the federal government turn a salaried employee into an hourly employee.

You don't see any benefit to the employee? Really?

If a salaried employee can get the work done early they can leave early or if they want to do it later and want to go see their kid in a school play, how is that not a benefit to the employee?
