I am for free press. But yesterday the Kremlin replaced all employees an Internet portal "Лента.РУ", one of the largest online news sites in Europe. Now they write only what, that the Kremlin wants. Where are you saw freedom of speech?

This especially worries me with more and more extreme right wing parties gaining influence in the government.
You're obviously outraged at the Russian, as well. Yes?

Russia Warns Of American Deaths As Ukraine Crisis Spirals Out Of Control
    "
To the estimated 1,800 of these Academi mercenaries now operating in Ukraine, this report warns, they have been actively suppressing the popular uprisings in the Russian-speaking regions of Donetsk and Lugansk [see video HERE], but failed to stop these citizens from protesting against the self-proclaimed government in Kiev, most especially in Lugansk where thousands of protesters this afternoon blocked and occupied the regional administration building, hoisting a Russian flag on its top.

Most dangerous to report, this report further warns, is that a Russian diplomat in Kiev has informed the Interfax news agency that 300 more of these mercenaries had arrived there too, and as he stated: “These are soldiers of fortune proficient in combat operations. Most of them had operated under private contracts in Iraq, Afghanistan and other states. Most of them come from the United States.”

Upon these US-backed mercenaries arriving in Kiev, this report continues, they began the mobilization of Ukraine’s depleted military forces (as over a third of them have already pledged their allegiance to Russia) and have begun dispatching in great numbers military trucks, armored personnel carriers, surface-to-air missiles, howitzers, and tanks [see all videos HERE] towards their eastern Russian-speaking regions and Crimea.

Critical to note about the Obama regimes continued aggression towards Russia in its attempt to start a Ukrainian war, this report says, are the American propagandists continuing to assert that Putin “wants to rebuild USSR with Ukraine.”"
Don't think I ever said that mercenaries were not in the area. They've been in every combat zone I've ever been in.

The difference is who is paying them to be there. Blackwater was hired for security. The ones your refering to were hired for unknown reasons with unknown orders. Blackwater breached their contract and exceeded their orders, and those involved were prosecuted for it.

To say that the US has sent mercenaries to Ukraine is a stretch of what can factually be proven. Is it possible? Sure. Is it likely? Not really. The US doesn't work that overtly, this early on in an event like this.

Then why would one support Russian state propaganda? Seriously, citing RT is basically giving the finger to free press and legitimizing government domination of the media.

Because they are essentially silencing voices in Ukraine right now.. And as well because RT often times reports things that the US MSM does not report and because it also offers another view of conflicts.

Perhaps you should link to the private stations that have been shut down in recent days and the WW2 Nazi imagery broadcast on the public stations. Has RT reported that yet?
