    they are based on nature.

example: it is natural for me speak.
It is also natural to walk around naked but that too is irrelevant. Nature has not changed yet people did not have all those rights, no matter how natural it felt.

It doesn't matter because our Founding Fathers, Ordained and Established our secular and temporal "morals" for us as civil Persons in our republic; along with our legal ethics and common law system of (social) justice. Our supreme law of the land must be more supreme than Any commandments of even Religion, simply Because, our Founding Fathers', said so.

Perhaps you're confused. It's not that it's difficult to come up with better solutions, it's that first world work ethic solutions are so removed from the baseline of those on the left waiting for handouts that third world work ethic solutions stand a better chance of being understood.

all i hear is that the right has no solution for our social dilemma of poverty for the least wealthy, while the wealthiest even qualify for multimillion dollar bonuses on means tested corporate welfare, without even any drug tests being involved; especially under our form of Capitalism regardless of our form of Socialism.

Well, it's been my experience some people only hear that which they seek. Try turning the channel.

Sure. People can. But that's not a deity coming down. That's the point I was arguing - that our rights (or lack there of) are due to people's decisions, not to a deity.

They determined what rights the citizens of this country have. Wasn't a god saying what to write down. It was a group of men who did the best they could given their backgrounds, their preferences, and the need to get all the states onboard.

Recall recently how Obama spoke in favor of marijuana legalization and came out in favor of gay rights.

RINO's are dying out - as can be seen by Rand Paul's victory at the cpac.

Real conservatism is alive and well.

These RINO's are NOT - and never were - republicans or conservatives.

Do you really expect a liberal to tune in to Fox? Or Rush on the radio? That only happens when they need to hear something they disagree with, so they can scream and holler about how the Republicans are going to be the ones that will ruin us all because of the way they think!

    Greetings, ocean515.
