Obama warns US will 'isolate' Russia if Putin doesn't pull back in Ukraine

What he means is that Obama should act more like Bush on 9/11 and successfully defend the US when it's attacked.

Except he only looks like a ***** to right wingers, i. e. the gullible segment of the US who keep getting duped into believing that Obama actually meant to follow through with them.

He never complains that the UK pussed out in Syria. Obama dispatched Hillary Clinton to the UN two or three times to secure a resolution for use of force, every time she came home empty handed, then the UK backed out, he didn't have congresses approval, and 70% of Americans were against US action in Syria. He thinks Obama should have been a belligerent and attacked president Assad anyway. That's how one thinks that has a lust for war.

So you reject the concept that Ukraine is an independent country. That is truly a minority opinion. Most of us think it has been an independent country for about 20 years.

When an angry mob that didn't represent all of the Ukrainian people started burning things, toppled the government, seized the military and declared independence, Putin moved to secure his property, that's all he's done, and he's done a damn good job of it, and you guys can't stand that, so we hear the spin, and the comparisons to hitler, and Obama's weak, and on and on.

Obama hid behind the UN and Congress. He was never more relieved that he didn't get permission.

Obama's lie is the exact same thing--it's designed to keep naive individuals (i. e. the pro-war right wing) within the US pacified. That's all.

We have a representative government. 70% of Americans said no, if you don't like that, you know what you need to do. We also have a constitution, and then there's the law of the land you like to talk about. We cannot attack countries that haven't attacked us or threatened to attack us. Much as you hate that, it is what it is.

Obama has the authority act via The War Powers Act. It would have ben perfectly legal.

Oh, and you need to learn what a representative government is.
