NEW YORK (AP)— Amid unusually tight security, Osama bin Laden's son-in-law goes to trialMonday on charges he conspired to kill Americans in his role as al-Qaida'smouthpiece after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
Prosecutorssay they plan to show jurors during their opening statement a picture of AbuGhaith seated with bin Laden and other al-Qaida leaders on the day after Sept.11, 2001, as they make statements about the attacks. They say Abu Ghaithdescribed the circumstances of the filming in his post-arrest statement.
Also duringthe trial, prosecutors will show jurors post-Sept. 11 videos in which thecharismatic bearded man promises more attacks on the United States asdevastating as those that demolished the World Trade Center.

My question is if they could video a meeting of Bin Laden on the day after 9/11/2001, that means they had infiltrated Bin Laden's high ranking for some time, (They couldn't suddenly have the ability to put a camera there) How could n't they have no leads of 911 attack in advance and let it happen?
