If the problem is having too much money lying around, then it solves the problem, otherwise, no.
But, if successful people can say, "Look, I was in your position once, and I still succeeded. If I can do it, so can you," then that could save a few of them.
Unless, of course, they listen to the failures saying, "The deck is stacked against you kid. Give up. You can make money selling weed or something."
The problem is, that we don't have "too much money laying around".....And spending like this on any level is just IMHO, just another form of cheap vote buying, and false hope for people that really need more.
