Let me guess - you would've convicted Zimmerman too, right? You seem to enjoy operating on hunches and guesses.

I also agree with the idea that the supposedly reputable news organization would report this as a "rape" when it was never even reported to the police, never mind tried in court. Geez! Standards of journalism are awfully low. Showing her picture kind of gives away his identity to those who went to school with them, their friends and families, even if his name or personal info wasn't released.

I don't think it's appropriate to take a definitive position regarding the woman's story without actual information, something the whole discussion of her story has lacked. I've looked and failed to find anything substantive, and nobody else has presented anything either.

You accused me of assuming the ex-boyfriend is guilty, and when I called you on it the best you could do was a pointless ad hominem attack. That's how much your opinion on me is worth.

All the information is out there. You're trying to be omniscient and acting like it's possible to know if she actually is lying. Guess what? Ain't happenin'.

Everything's out there. It sounds like you're wanting to put the guy in shackles, but trying to save yourself against some eleventh-hour piece of evidence that will turn everything upside-down like an episode of Law and Order.

How in the world do you justify making the claim that she is a "bitter pissed of bitch"? Wow, talking about blindly siding with someone.

There IS her testimony which, while she has yet to provide anything as evidence, the lack of it at this point does not disprove her claim.
