Rainbow Flag Will Fly Over Montreal City Hall During Olympics

1.)No, it's factual that a bunch of people agreeing with something does not make it valid

https://www.google.com/search?q=app...j4&sourceid=chrome&espv=210&es_sm=93&ie=UTF-8

2.)and it's factual you compared two unlike things: you compared a performer to spectators
3.)Ok?

1.) once again I never said it makes it valid, do you ever not post lies? posting that lie only makes your posts fail more
as a matter of fact would you like me to quote myself saying i agree with that statement? I said "you thinking your opinion matters doesn't make it valid either"

2.) 100% factually proven wrong already, like i said in post 365, i told you the points I was making and they were not the points you MADE UP and assumed lol

3.) yes its ok, its ok that your posts failed and were factually proven wrong again lol

facts win . . . . again

1.)Yes it works that way LMAO
its a hard sell to violate peoples rights and make them a lesser and then claim love

reminds me off the abusive husband that tells his wife he beats her up because he loves her so much, nobody buys that, but it is very funny that you think somebody would.

2.) you already proved this false, if i was gay this would not be true, you are being dishonest lol

if you dont support equal rights for gays thats not love for them
You embody why there is animosity and hatred between every group in the world that promotes hatred because someone dares to disagree with them. Attitudes like yours are 'the problem'.

Did Russia outlaw being gay, or did they just outlaw saying that being gay was equal to not being gay?

Just curious?

What they made illegal was spreading "gay propaganda." Though what the law enables Russian authorities to do is just arrest any gay person they see.

What odds is Vegas giving on who will be the first athletes to kiss on the podium?

Do you support these laws, Apache?

I'm not a Russian and what happens in Russia doesn't concern me if it doesn't affect me. What happens in Russia should stay in Russia.

I don't like it when non American citizens and foreigners get involved with America's internal affairs.

These LBGT activist are no different than Mexican illegal aliens and foreign sovereigns telling the United States what it's immigration policies should be.

THe irony here is ocean deep and super entertaining

couple things factually wrong with your meaningless opinion
"I" have no animosity
"I" have no hatred
"I" have defened peoples right and freedom to "disagree" in countless posts and criticized others for saying they cant and i can quote these posts and whole THREADS
the "attitude" you described seems to bye yours because it doesn fit mine in the least LMAO

oh by the way since your post just complete failed and got destroyed, by all means if you disagree PLEASE PLEASE support the lie you just posted and woute me EVER saying that disagreeing with my opinion or people's feelings are wrong and they cant. Just like your post your attempt will fail ause it doesnt exist

People that dont support equal rights and that are hypocrits are the problem, you can choose to be with them or not , im notand "my" posts prove that, can you say the same for your? lol

Facts win again :)

No...its not 'ironic'. Your position is repugnant...but not ironic.

Its very tragic that to you, people cannot love and support people...even though they dont agree with them, their choices, and their lifestyles. Just...sad.

1.) links? prove? quotes? thats right you got none lol your very own words seem to be full of anger lol
yes i know me, like the majority of the country supporting equal/civil/human rights is repugnant LMAO

remind us, what are you supporting again? weird you wont say, are you with us who support all that or against us?

2.) NEVER said this one time, never even come close to saying it.
why do you post lies? do you think people will fall for them? Nobody honest, respected and educated does, they are very transparent.

if you disagree simply quote me saying those lies you claimed, cant wait to read them lol

How much love and support do you suppose is really there when you're also insisting they remain second class citizens whose priviledges are not allowed to be the same as yours? Being a woman, I truly understand, because though supposedly I have the same legal rights I don't even now have the same rights. If I were a man, I'd be considered pretty mild mannered, but as a woman I'm apparently pretty outrageous. I'm amazed at the number of women and AAs that are LGBT bigots. It makes no sense to have felt the sense of second classism even though the law is on our sides, and yet so many seem determined to allow sanctioned and legal bigotry and sexism (I think there is a lot of sexism in the homo-hatred in that most don't see a problem with lesbianism, it's the male aspect of homosexuality that most are most freaked out about). I'm happy to see the pillars dissolving suddenly really quickly. It's a good thing, and I used to be one of the "others" on this issue.

I was until two things, one was my recognition and open discussion of the male vs female factor mentioned above. The other was just simply really having the reality of the "rights" associated with marriage shoved in my face, mostly upon divorce. Then my kids' friends would point out even more that I've yet to experience surrounding hospitals, death, children and so on... and well now I see. Anyway, the point remains,

If your love requires that anyone accept second class status, then your love isn't worth much of anything.

They (foreign nationals) shouldn't be doing it on American soil. Just like Americans shouldn't be protesting against another country's policies on their soil.

Kind of plain and simple isn't it ?

I was just attempting to clarify your position. And if you actually read the original post in the thread, the protest (such as it is) isn't happening on Russian soil. It's happening above Montreal's city hall. Montreal is in the province of Quebec in Canada, or for the purposes of this discussion, Not Russia.

You may have noticed that I posted earlier in this thread a map showing which countries where homosexualality is legal and where it's illegal. In some countries buggery is awarded with the death sentence. Buggery isn't against the law in Russia. Advocating buggery in front of minors (children) is illegal in Russia. And that's what these leftist agitators are protesting about. But not one word or protest against all of the countries where buggery is outlawed, not even those where it's a capital offense. Do you see a problem here ?

There's not? I seem to remember a pretty big to-do when Uganda passed its anti-gay laws.

The difference between the response to all those countries and Russia is that those other countries aren't hosting the Olympics.

My 'love' requires nothing of the other person. I have in-laws that are gay. I love them unconditionally. I care for them. I support them. I dont agree with them, nor do I change my position on gay marriage. But I LOVE them. I love them unconditionally. They know they are welcome in our home and they FEEL welcome in our home. Yours and others stated position that unless you agree with them and change your position then you don't love them is simply foolish.

Err, yes. You're still a decent person because you support not killing gays. But all those leftists! Protesting about equal treatment! You'd never want to give them the benefit of being right.

Exactly what year were the Olympics held in the Peoples Republic of China ? Talk about human rights violations.

And advocate buggery in front of a child in Japan and watch the Code of Bushido come alive. What year was it that the Olympics were held in Japan ?

Club a baby seal to a bloody pulp in America and watch what happens. What year was it that the Olympics were held in Canada ?

Have to research if any country where pedophelia is legal has ever been the host of the Olympics.

Yeah, and there was a lot of protest of that as well.

Is this a joke? Bushido is not the law of the land in Japan. You're really reaching if you're comparing the reaction of a private citizen to official government policy. And there's nothing in the Bushido code regarding homosexuality (I love how you refer to it simply as "buggery," as if there's no other form of homosexual activity. Speaks volumes.)

Club a baby seal in America and watch what happens. What year was it that the Olympics were held in Canada ?

Wow, you're really plumbing the depths here. Clubbing baby seals is not official government policy of Canada.

Even if past Olympic hosts have blemishes on their record, that means Russia's should be excused? Human rights groups and many other people had a fit when China got the Olympics. Really, I'm not sure what the hell your argument is here.

I hope more cities will choose to protest the anti-gay laws in Russia by doing this.

I live in North Carolina. I'm not so sure it would be a good idea to bring this suggestion up at our next city hall meeting. :bomb:

How often has the left been right about anything ? It's always about change, never taking the time looking at what the consequences will be and rarely ever getting it right.

These are the same loons who blamed Ronald Reagan for the AIDS epidemic . :screwy

Oh, what a crock of ****.

Reagan's response to the AIDS epidemic was pathetic.

The cities of St. John's, Quebec City, and Montreal will fly the rainbow LGBT flag to protest the treatment of gays in Russia for the duration of the Olympics in Sochi.

This article can be found at the Montreal Gazette.

I hope more cities will choose to protest the anti-gay laws in Russia by doing this. Hopefully we can get more Canadian cities to do it as well as some American cities. Do you think that your/nearest city would raise the LGBT flag?

Who caress what Canada does....Its not the USA.

Leather pants with the seat cut out. They're stereotypically popular among gay men, although that's usually just in movie depictions of leather bars.

I'm surprised Agent J didn't know this.
