    the only comparison or precedent one could mention is 1920s prohibition. Remember how well that worked? Boardwalk Empire anyone? People who want to smoke will do it either way, legal or not. And it's not really that hard to get by. What legalization would do is to allow anyone busy prosecuting innocent pot-smokers to dedicate their valuable time to other causes.

    It's no different that way from alcohol or cigs either.

    I outgrew cigarettes, thank God, but still like to drink. Pots been available over the yrs, have partaken, but I'm just not that interested in inhaling smoke it seems. If I liked it, I'd smoke it. Has nothing to do with maturity.
