George Zimmerman agrees to celebrity boxing match

This will not happen. I've never heard of a single boxing promoter willing to take the hit from this kind of thing. Tonya Harding 12 years after the fact? Sure. GZ less than 2 years after his trial? Hahahahaha. It'll destroy any company that puts its name on this.

Zimmerman killed a kid - self defense? Ok. Self defense. But it was a kid that he was following who was coming home from the market.

Immature teen reacted badly to being followed and got killed for it.

If you are going to call someone a thug...what has Zimmerman been convicted of?

It's weird. 50 Cent talks about slinging crack and shooting people. Nugent talks about shooting animals and playing music. One, a criminal...another, a gun enthusiast.

One, considered a celeb, and in Treyvons corner. One, a celeb, upstanding law abiding citizen, demonized by the media.

Zimmerman was never convicted of a single crime...otherwise....he would be federally prohibited from owning a gun...which he isn't. AKA, not a criminal.

Trayvon had it coming no matter what, 17 years old....21....25....he would be in jail or dead. Another statistic. I'd be willing to bet my 401K on that.

I think it's a shame you do not understand that a person's artistic persona is completely distinct from who they are as a person. I suspect that your rants on black people, immigrants who don't want to assimilate and "thugs" may have something to do with that. It's not for nothing the background you presented was called into question and you never came back to defend your posts. You seem to blur a Hollywood narrative of race, pop culture and actual race relations with your warped perspective of how things should be. All of which in turn makes it possible for you to claim such outrageous nonsense as being the adopted child of immigrants who gave up their heritage to be 'Murican.

Which, if we're to go by facts, he wasn't. If you can show he was a criminal, I'll welcome it. Show us a conviction. Some arrest warrants. Smoking weed and being suspended from school is all it takes to be a thug? Lol, laughably low standards you have there. MichaelJR, you've already demonstrated in spades that your own narrative is made up for the interwebs. All I had to do was bring up your posts. When you were asked to present evidence that TM was a thug, all you did was go "LOOK! RAP MUSIC!". That's about as laughable a standard as it gets. So he had grills.... which means what? Nothing really. It means he liked a particular aesthetic and presented himself as a member of its culture. Doesn't mean he actually lived a particular lifestyle. False narratives, people come up with them all the time to seem tougher specially on the internet.

So I'll ask you one last time: Show us TM's criminal record, his convictions and/or arrest warrants. If all you've got is school fights and weed, you've just labeled most college attending Libertarians as "thugs".
