    3.) Corpse has no rights
4.) so we have the right to life on part of the fetus vs right to property on part of the husband.
5.) In that case, I'd err on the side of human life.

There's no logic to deny the life of a human over desires of inanimate objects.
1.) i dont think its even that legally but that doesnt impact anything
2.) meaningless to me and this topic
3.) not true in a blanket statement
4.) its doesnt have that legal right
5.) you are free to do so
6.) of course there is the rights wife/mother. husband. father and family

again just my opinion but theres nothing you have present to change this

What children? A 14 week old fetus isn't a child.

And yes, the husband had every right to become his wife's medical power of attorney despite her not leaving an Advanced Directive. And technically, he could ALSO have made the request to the hospital to ABORT the fetus. But that was being accomplished by the husband's request to remove the woman from life support.

The outcome would be two fold. One - the fetus would certainly die. Two - her body (in which the fetus resided) could then be removed from the hospital premise.
Not at all, you cannot force the dead. They forced the husband to delay claim of property. That's where the actual force in this case is.

It was through the medical director, and MD. Hospitals don't practice medicine. MDs practice medicine.

There is no lie, just apparently your inability to read. When you die, you have no rights. Is that a confusing statement? Sorry, but that's your problem.

Go back and read your statement. The 'fetus' was not created by 'the hospital.'

It is true, rights are held by the individual, not property. A corpse is not human, it is not an individual, it is not even alive. It is at best property, and property has no rights.

These are just emotional arguments you're making because you are caught up in the case. Emotion has no place in law.
