No, it's not. What Helix posted was not the oath of office but rather who and how the AG may advise on constitutional issues. In fact, yet another way this knob has failed their job. The posted statute is the ONLY time the AG is authorized to chime in with his/her OPINION on constitutionality and then only to the proper questioner.
