De Blasio ‘getting back at us’ by not plowing: UES residents

The email was sent from a person who was with him the entire day, the payback seems to be withing character, and after all the outright made up outrages with zero evidence from the RW noise machine, this one the right wants to call nonscandal, I dont think there is a adequate smilie to say what I really want to, so this one will have to do...:lamo
In a way, that is right....This is a non scandal, but the likes of MSNBC and the liberal noise machine just can't help themselves but drool over it every night....It's as lame as liberals.

Rational people know better.

Are you not a fan of "non-scandals"? What's your criteria that separate a scandal from a non-scandal?

Certainly isn't a traffic jam that's for sure...And it certainly isn't a Federal case either.

Are you saying what happened to Christie is the Left's fault?

Of course, haven't you been paying attention. Nothing bad actually happened, it's all MSNBC's fault.

They do, that's why they don't buy the "It's all MSNBC's fault" line coming out of Christie's office.

As far as I know everyone else has left this for better stories, and issues, yet MSNBC last night in all three prime time slots, MSLSD seemed obsessed....

Better stories? He's the front runner for President of the United States and may of used his position of power as Governor to get back at political opponents...by ****ing over his own constituents (though as via the email "they weren't his voters"). Thaaaaats kind of a big deal.

I wonder what you watch then. Last evening I had dinner w/ my housemate in front of the tv which I rarely do because he is a switcher, can't for the life of him stay on one channel, particularly during the news. Last eve as he switched from NBC to CBS to ABC and back around, all of them mentioned the Sandy money scandal with mentions that the bridge issue hadn't yet been resolved either. So I guess you must only watch FNC which isn't really news it's entertainment, right?

I'm saying the left used a regional issue, exaggerated it while the media took it nation. The feds piled on with an investigation of it's own with the sole purpose of damaging or destroying Christies chances of running in the 2016 election. What I'm also saying is there has yet to be presented evidence against Christie himself, yet nationally 24x7, he's being damaged - again for the sole purpose of removing him from 2016.

I think they call that POLITICS.

Are you surprised?

BTW I like Christie.

"May have" is the key operative phrase here. If he did this - that is bad. If he didn't - then he can just say he didn't know, just like our President who seems to never know anything about his scandals.

He may not have, but it's clear that some people did and Christie's the one who appointed them.

Just trying to be even-handed because that's what I'm all about.

Yes. Agreed. I do blame Obama for Fast & Furious for exactly the same reason. Either you're running things or you aren't.

Is that even-handed enough for you Sir?

DO you think F&F was a gun grab attempt?

DO you think F&F was a gun grab attempt?

No. I think it was a moronic decision by a rogue agency that had no firm manager in place to look and say "OMG, what a stupid plan this is". So, no, I don't think it was anything other than stupidity.

OK just wondering. The right went on and on for years about it being a gun grab attempt by Obama.

I'm not "the right" or "the left". It just seemed like a mega-screwup and the refusal to accept responsibility by either Obama or his butt-boy Holder bothered me a lot.

Maybe they are, but something DID happen, and MSNBC didn't cause it.

Not yet but trying to emulate my example is a great way to start

There are apparently some on this site who cannot fathom basic politics, who want "evidence" that politics exist and claim such political actions are "conspiracy".

Yep, something did happen. That's right. And people were fired over it. How many people fired for Obama scandals?

Certainly isn't a traffic jam that's for sure...And it certainly isn't a Federal case either.

Yeah... it's just a traffic jam. lol

Forget the other bullying evidence coming out. Like using federal aid money for Sandy relief for friends and against political foes despite their town drowning under water. It's aaaallllll just a traffic jam. Nothing more.

DO you think F&F was a gun grab attempt?

Were any regulations/executive orders/etc created as a result of Fast and Furious that related to guns? If so, then the only answer has to be yes. If not, it cannot be known.

De Blasio ‘getting back at us’ by not plowing: UES residents | New York Post

Uh oh, Plowgate! Time for a federal investigation and De Blasio anal exam.

Mayor de Blasio admits 'more could have been done' on Upper East Side during snowfall - NY Daily News

Hopefully our leftwing hack friends who piled on top of Christie will also call for De Blasio to be thoroughly investigated complete with colonoscopy.

The answer is simple and affordable. All the wealthy people close their businesses for a week and let the mayor see what poverty can look like when he chases away the those who invest and produce.
