3.) and save me the equal rights routine.
4.) everyone agrees the gays shouldn't be descriminated against
5.) gay marriage is a separate issue that has WAY more to do with social institutions being rebranded than anything else.
6.) to say everyone is against it simply because they don't like gays is giving them way to much credit.
7.) they are concerned about the institution, not the group. so give it a rest
1.) its also part of the 1st, so yes LAW but please continue with your deflection
2.) then you dont understand rights laws and rights
3.) so you dont want to talk about FACTS that are important, thats telling
4.) not everybody there are many that want too
5.) it has NOTHING to do with that and those things arent effected at all
6.) anybody who is actively fighting against yes doesn't like gays or doesn't want them to have equal rights which is the same
7.) the institution is fine because it belongs to the people involved not anybody else
8.) nope not until equal rights is established

It's just as repugnant either way.

awesomely that's already protected under the same law, that too would be illegal discriminating so they too would be breaking the law and pay the prices

Slightly off topic but it does relate to the stupid bill that started this thread: How many of the Ten Commandments can actually be connected to laws that are presently valid in America?
“And I have no doubt that every new example will succeed, as every past one has done, in shewing that religion & Govt will both exist in greater purity, the less they are mixed together.”
~ James Madison, letter to Edward Livingston, July 10, 1822

    1. that phrase appears nowhere in the constitution, but why start believing facts at this point
    2. still not explaining how it infringes on your rights of religious choice/or non-religious choice
    3. the rest of your responses are all about how people who don't agree with you are mean and evil. that act gets tired fast. more facts, less patting yourself on the back for being on the "good" side.

1.) correct it doesn't but i never said the exact verbiage is in there but it does talk talk about religion AND Establishment Clause of the First Amendment (which the lawsuits are based on and some more FACTS the other lawsuits that were based on that already WON so these things couldn't be directly done by the state) so YES please lets talk about facts lol so again your deflection fails
2.) already done see #1 as already explained
3.) nope just the facts, laws and how equal rights work but please continue the continued the deflections

    any other deflections?
