So you think he likes AQ? Strange.

Oh no, that's not quite what I meant. He has supported AQ and used AQ to be sure, I don't know if that equates to liking them or not. No but you said that "he hates America more than he likes AQ". Which seems to me to imply that he likes AQ. Hence his hatred for America is greater than his appeal for AQ. Unless that's not what you meant.

Indeed. As is his destabilisation policy for the ME. It seems to me that both China and Russia warned that if the US didn't stop supporting the opposition in Syria (for a long time now known to be infested with terrorists from al Nusra, MB, AQ and others) that this conflict was going to spill over into the entire region. And!, whoever pointed to the soundness of their warning was hit with the usual China/Russia bashing propaganda.

I mean look, the men have had it long enough.

That's why I posed the question, to show you what an absurdity looks like. You know very well I didn't imply or mean that he likes AQ. Later.

while I'm not going to blame Obama for the situation in the "larger" ME, his foreign policy hasn't exactly been coherent. Honestly, it seems rather scatterbrained and reactive, with no real larger goal

Well it really was a genuine question, but ok, bye bye.

Oh no, you must hold him accountable for the situation in the larger ME. This is precisely what both Russia and China warned last summer would happen if the US didn't stop supporting the opposition in Syria. An opposition known for a long time was contaminated with terrorists from AQ, MB, al Nusra and others.
