no it doesn't that is a strawman. it is the company that sets what insurance that they offer. if you sign up for their insurance plan then you agree to accept whatever coverage they have worked out with the insurance company. you cannot go to that insurance company and say you want this or that coverage as you are not in charge of the overall policy your company is.To say that is to say they can give me money that can only be spent on certain things. And while I disagree that corporations are people, that doesn't change that the compensation belongs to the employee and not the employer. The rules are fir the employee, and the employer. The employee might not hold the same beliefs as the employer
