    It's different if you're getting hounded, or if someone is getting just too into your personal space. It has nothing to do with gender, though. It's just when someone won't take "no" for an answer.

    I don't know. I mean, I agree that it's a lost cause, but "Scalia thinks so" isn't evidence to support anything. The man has no principles, he starts with his personal beliefs and works backwards, twisting whatever he needs to twist to "justify" it legally. He's the worst kind of internet troll, except he's for real and sits on the highest court in the country.
