Target Corp said data from about 40 million credit and debit card accounts might have been stolen during the Thanksgiving weekend, in one of the largest credit card breaches at a U.S. retailer.
The company confirmed a Reuters report on Wednesday that said federal authorities were investigating a data breach, which started on the busy Black Friday weekend.....snip~

Attention Shoppers of Target in the US and Canada.....if you used your credit and debit cards at Target from Black Friday til Dec 15. You could have possible trouble with your account and had your info stolen.
Information that would allow others to open up Cards and or purchases in your name. Any cards that were swiped.....is where they found the way in. Off the back of magnetic strip that encodes the info.
Secret service is Investigating......and is on the J.O.B. Looks like they are taking this one seriously now. 40 Million People. Although.....why isn't the FBI investigating?
