At Least 2 People injured in in School Shooting, Centennial, Colorado

Probably not. Doesn't hurt though.

Typical right wing nonsense.

Why would I be desperate for relevance?

Also, dat projection.

I married a psychologist buddy, you don't know the meaning of what you're saying. Get an education.

Yeah, this is pretty much where we are now.

Yeah, this is pretty much where we are now.

I am sure you believe that. The reality is those with reason and logic understand the issue is mental/emotional as well as parenting, and that is where the focus needs to be. That the 'other side' refuses that reality is only their fault, and of course makes them part of the problem as they hold up getting to actual solutions.

They rarely are, but the left loves that narrative.

So if someone is erroneously labeled, that's a failing of the media and, thus, the entire "left."

If they aren't labeled at all, on the day of the shooting, by a completely different news organization, that's also failing of the media and, thus, the entire "left."

Did the Denver Post claim the shooter was a right-winger?

Every shooting, the left is looking for evidence that its right winger.

Except its either a psych patient, a terrorist, or a leftist most frequently. Take a look at the FBI's most wanted domestic terrorists. ;)

"Leftists" are more frequently mass shooters than right-wingers?

As I said, when these events occur- they are most often psych patients, terrorists, or leftists.

Do you have any evidence to back up that "leftists" make up any more significant of a percentage than "rightists" when it comes to "these events"? Any at all?

The people that carry out these acts are mentally deranged first, and their politics are marginal.

FBI — Domestic Terrorism

Read through them. Let us know what you find.

The people on the Domestic Terrorist list and the people responsible for "these events" (such as the school shooting the thread's about) are completely different types of people. They're not even remotely related. Holy red herring, Batman.

The people that carry out these acts are mentally deranged first, and their politics are marginal.

Well yeah.

Well, that may be a little broad, but it seems not in this case....

"Thomas Conrad, who had an economics class with the gunman, described him as a very opinionated Socialist.
"He was exuberant I guess," Conrad told The Denver Post.

"A lot of people picked on him, but it didn't seem to bother him."

Carl Schmidt and Brendon Mendelson, both seniors at Arapahoe High, said he had political views that were "outside the mainstream".

Schmidt said the shooter "was an outspoken kid about what he believed and a good political thinker."

Karl Halverson Pierson, 18, injured two students at Arapahoe High School, turned gun on self | News.com.au

So, in this case anyway, he seems to have identified with "socialist" ideas. And that places him firmly on the left. However, I don't generally like to identify tragedies like this with political leanings, because that is at first blush wrong. We will have to see if an investigation had any political ties to his reasoning, or something else.

I have to point out the tragic irony that this student resorted to trying to shoot his debate coach after being demoted on the debate team. I wonder if he even tried to argue his position...

when will the moonbats come out and ask for a gasoline ban so we no more cocktails can be made?
