No MaggieD, it shows your previous comments,
MaggieD ~ But had the victims been black? .... that sentence would NEVER have been handed down.
If this had been a 16-year-old black boy, they'd have thrown away the key.
were pulled from where the sun don't shine.
And your present comment of "the judge needs to be removed" just shows that you do not understand the Juvenal Justice System.
Especially as she was operating within the law.
But apparently, in order for your sensibilities to be satiated you want the kid given a sentence of what? 20, 30, 40 or 50 years for an accident? in which he would only serve two years of any sentence given. Yeah, that is real sensible. :doh
DALLAS — The case of Ethan Couch exposes a controversial part of the justice system and raises the question of whether juveniles should go to prison when their actions result in deaths.
"The law almost assumes they can be rehabilitated," said John Cruezot, a retired state district judge. "Not in every instance, but in most instances, I think it's appropriate for a judge to start at that standpoint."
Cruezot said the criticism against Tarrant County Judge Jean Boyd over her sentencing of 16-year-old Couch is unfair.

But, Cruezot said the judge was following the law.
"We don't know any of the information that was given to the judge and what she had to take into consideration to come to the conclusion," Cruezot said. "And, without that, it's hard to say she made a bad decision."

I understand you don't like the sentence, but don't knee-jerk, talk smack and berate a Judge for doing their job, take up your dislike with the Juvenal Justice system.
And ya know, maybe if folks stopped going around making false racial bias claims, we could actually get down to addressing the real ones.
