Not in America and not in Cuba. Even if it was, the American President should not bow to the Cuban leader under any circumstances.

You think the Cubans are suffering because the US won't send money?

Cuba trades with many other countries.

Cubans are like they are because of their government. It is not the fault of the US.

Why is it a regime when we don't like it and a government when we do. President Assad has the right to exist that any other world leader does. I will agree that Obama mis handled Syria from the beginning but for far different reasons than you apparently. The uprising in Syria was vastly different than that of the other ME countries and it wasn't really part of the Arab Spring. President Assad has been fighting his own 'war on terror' with various terrorist organizations operating within his borders. Had the US and other western powers stayed out of it from the beginning, president Assad would have crushed the insurgency early on, there wouldn't be 100,000+ dead civilians and things would be once again normal in Syria. But the neocon agenda for 'regime change' in Syria has been a long time ambition.

Putin for his part was right on Syria from the beginning, the US was wrong and the world saw that this summer. Unfortunately, US and western involvement and support for the same terrorists that we fought for the last decade and more were helped to gain too much of a foothold and has therefore turned what could have been a quick victory for Assad into a lengthy war that as is usually the case when the US gets involved, has been hardest on the civilian population.

There is money to be made. Cuba is slant drilling oil under a Chinese contract across the Straight of Florida.

Just a few things here, and it serves NO pupose not to trade, and normalize relations. None.

The Cuban Embargo is a relic of the cold war, end it.
The government controls everything in Cuba.

If the government wanted those buildings fixed, they would be fixed.

Do you think if the US trades with Cuba, it will all of a sudden become a democratic capitalist society?

No, I don't think that the US should send money and don't think that I implied such.

It never has been in the past. It went from dictator Batista to dictator Castro. Let's hope we never try to impose democracy there like we attempted to do in Iraq. There has to be some democratic tradition for that to be successful.

"Yeah, caus' if it were like Reagan, then, like he would like go all Chuck Norris and like beat his a$% and stomped on him while singing God Bless Murica', then hog tie that godless commie and then jeezus would send a lightning bolt down from heaven, and hurr, hurr, derp, derp derp..."

He shook hands, that is what grown ups do. He didn't bow...he is taller.

Find a new insane outrage (like not going to speak at Gettysburg on the anniversary like only President Taft did)

Wingnuts need daily outrage and anger, especially when it is completely silly.
