In the very least the bible should be placed in some mature content adult section. Being as it's filled with stories of murder, rape, incest, and mass carnage, those who purchase it should be carded.
Give a man a fish and he can eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he can sit in a boat, drinking beer all day while you fool around with his Woman.
Let's face it. Anyone who thinks that the Bible, or any other religious work for that matter, belongs in a the "fiction" section really isn't smart enough to spend time in a book store. It isn't a comment on your beliefs. It is a comment in your basic understanding of how books are categorized. You should reconsider going back to elementary school and take another "library" class, cause I can assume you have also forgotten the Dewey decimal system too.
The fact is the book belongs in a "religion/theology" section. I would go so far as to say "philosophy." But "fiction" is a wholly incorrect categorization. The fact is that "fiction" and "theology" are NOT written for the same purposes. I think we can chalk up the smug agreement with the false categorization to those who have bone to pick with religion. Sad you would rather ignore reality and blindly agree with an obviously incorrect assessment. Ironic.

The Crowd is not the sum of its parts.
Of course your right. We were just having fun over the fictional nature of the book.
