Even if EVERYONE was college educated, people still need to sweep floors, work at McDonalds, etc. You are also assuming everyone is just as smart as everyone else, which is clearly not true. You shouldn't be discriminated because of your intelligence level. You should be rewarded for being clever and doing a good job, yes, but people across the board deserve a living wage.

Actually, I was suggesting that eliminating parents because Progressive educators look at them as nothing more than penises and vagina's designed to produce a product they get to manipulate for financial gain for 18 years or so, is disgusting.

I'm sure that's what you really meant to post.
Kids aren't forced to eat there, so how are parents being eliminated?

If the school were dragging kids from their parents dinner table to go eat at school you would have a point, but that's not what's going on here.

Right. I guess when the parents throw out the dinner table because they don't need to worry about it, there is nothing to comment about.

Again, you just don't understand what money is. It is not a reward for doing good. And there are many, many more people that can and will do the noble work of a firefighter than there are that can successfully quarterback an NFL team or perform brain surgery.

Let me know when you have any evidence of that actually happening.

You think it's fair that a football player is paid better than a firefighter? I think it's a sad reflection on our culture, and a basic failure of capitalism.

And we spend more per child on education then any other country. in 2011 we spent $7,743 per child two times as much as the Asian countries do

so I don't want to hear any solutions that is about wasting more money on a broken system

First and for most we need to get rid of the teachers unions they are more concerned about stuffing their pockets then educating our children

second we need to pay teachers based on performance and not on tenure like they do every where else in the private sector

third we need to implement school choice let the schools compete for students and when there is competition there is improvement
I've heard this all my life. After 45 years--happy birthday to me--Asia is still a collection of countries that are nothing more than corrupt ****holes.

Football players generate more revenue than firefighters. It's just reality.

I know HOW it works, the issue is still that it's not right for a football player to be paid more than a firefighter. I know that's the way the system works, my point is this is an indication the system is broken.

Considering they now offer food year round, why don't you offer some evidence it isn't happening.

    Thanks in advance.
